How It Works?
Coulee Scoop helps make dog ownership even better by taking care of the stinky chores. Get started with our pet waste removal service in minutes!
1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your details, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions, you can give us a call or message us on Facebook.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup and Set up Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services, we will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to set up automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is set up, Coulee Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
4. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Coulee Scoop family and can start enjoying your tail-wagging friends, without the stink or the hassle of dog waste removal.

What are your service areas?
We typically work inside the Lethbridge city limits—West, South, North, and the industrial park. If you’re just outside the boundary, ask anyway; we can usually add a stop for a small travel fee!
Does Coulee Scoop clean the entire yard?
Coulee Scoop will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes! Coulee Scoop provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. When it snows, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Coulee Scoop. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be removed from our route.
